Ingredients
1 cabbage, shredded
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbs all purpose seasoning
2 tsp black pepper, ground
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp coconut oil
1/3 cup water
Preparation
Prep
Wash and shred cabbage. Set aside.
Dice onion, bell peppers and garlic. Set aside.
Make
Heat instant pot on saute. Add oil and let it get hot. Add the mustard seeds and let them start to change color and pop. Switch off saute.
Add cabbage, onion, carrots, garlic, bell peppers, all-purpose seasoning, black pepper and salt and mix well.
Add water and mix well.
Close lid and pressure cook on high pressure or 1 min. Let the pot sit for 5 mins then quick release.
