About the Recipe
A lightly sweetened treat that is easy and quick to make!
2 cups almond flour
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup raspberry chia seed jam or jam of choice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
To a large bowl, add almond flour and baking powder. Mix well.
Add in maple syrup and almond extract until the mixture forms a ball.
Scoop out 12-14 balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Put your thumbprint in each cookie. Then fill the indention with the jam.
Bake for ~12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool before serving
