Raspberry-Almond Thumbprint Cookies

A lightly sweetened treat that is easy and quick to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp almond extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/3 cup raspberry chia seed jam or jam of choice

Preparation

Prep

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Make

  1. To a large bowl, add almond flour and baking powder. Mix well.

  2. Add in maple syrup and almond extract until the mixture forms a ball.

  3. Scoop out 12-14 balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Put your thumbprint in each cookie. Then fill the indention with the jam.

  5. Bake for ~12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool before serving
