Ingredients
½ cup cooked red lentils or ¾ cup cooked cannellini beans (chilled)
1 cup frozen peaches
4 soft medjool dates, pitted
1 tablespoon cashew butter
3 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 cups non-dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp sea moss gel for added minerals (optional)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth.
Adjust consistency with more plant milk if needed.
Serve chilled with optional cacao nibs or shredded coconut on top.
