Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp better than bouillon
1 cup water
1/2 tsp ginger, freshly grated
1/2 tsp lemongrass paste
1 Tbs maple syrup (or agave)
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp gochujang (Korean Red Pepper Paste)
Preparation
Make
To a saucepan, add all ingredients of medium-high heat. Cook for about 5 minutes (or until desired consistency is reached).
Serve immediately and add toppings if desired. Toppings include nori sheets, cilantro, sesame seeds, etc.
