About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tsp better than bouillon

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp ginger, freshly grated

  • 1/2 tsp lemongrass paste

  • 1 Tbs maple syrup (or agave)

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp gochujang (Korean Red Pepper Paste)

Make


  1. To a saucepan, add all ingredients of medium-high heat. Cook for about 5 minutes (or until desired consistency is reached).

  2. Serve immediately and add toppings if desired. Toppings include nori sheets, cilantro, sesame seeds, etc.
