About the Recipe
A high protein snack that is quick and tasty.
1 lb silken tofu
1/2 cup hazelnut butter or any nut/seed butter of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
In a blender, add the tofu, hazelnut butter and vanilla extract. Blend until combined.
Pour into serving containers and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Add shaved chocolate or cacao nibs and serve.
