Ingredients
1 orange
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
14 oz diced tomatoes, canned
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
1 red bell pepper, roughly chopped
1 carrot
1/4 cup scallion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup cashews, raw
1 Tbs miso paste
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 Tbs basil leaves, fresh
3 Tbs nutritional yeast
Preparation
Add all ingredients, except the basil, to a high-speed blender. Blend for about 2-3 minutes (until warm).
Add in basil leaves and blend for about 15 seconds. Serve and enjoy.
