About the Recipe
Ingredients
3-4 packs of vegan sausage, diced [Field Roast, apple sage]
5-6 stalks celery, diced
3-4 bell pepper, diced
1 large onion, diced
5-6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 bay leaves
8 cups rice, rinsed
2 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp Old Bay
2-3 tbsp black pepper
1-2 Tony Chachere Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp Better Than Bouillon paste
2 bags beefless ground
2 cups veggie stock
Preparation
Prep all ingredients
Cook rice according to package instructions
In a large pot, warm the beefless ground, sausage, celery, onion, garlic and spices. Mix well.
Once warmed through and mixed well, turn off heat and add bell peppers.
Add sausage mixture to the cooked rice and mix well.
Serve and enjoy
