Ingredients
2 bunches collard greens, stemmed and chopped
1 head garlic ~16 cloves
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Prep
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Wash and stem collards
Cut greens into large bite-sized pieces
Make
In a large bowl, add the greens and all of the seasonings. Mix thoroughly by massaging well with your hands. Then add in garlic cloves.
Add seasoned greens parchment-lined aluminum foil. Fold and seal into a packet.
Bake for 25 minutes.
